This document is an official public offer (offer) of the owner of the OpenCart Lab website for the sale of digital goods and the provision of services via the Internet.
Placing an order and paying for it means the buyer's full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this offer.
1. General provisions
This offer regulates the relationship between the seller and the buyer when purchasing digital goods and ordering services on the OpenCart Lab website.
The seller reserves the right to make changes to this offer without prior notice. The current version of the document is always available on the website.
2. Subject of the contract

The buyer undertakes to pay for the selected product or service in accordance with the terms of this offer.
3. Ordering
The order is placed by the buyer independently through the website or by individual agreement with the seller.
After placing an order, the buyer receives confirmation of acceptance of the order for processing.
After successful payment, the buyer is given access to the digital product or the agreed work begins.
4. Payment
Payment is made by methods available on the site or agreed upon separately by the parties.
The moment of payment is considered the actual crediting of funds to the seller's account.
All commissions of banks, payment systems or other intermediaries are paid by the buyer, unless otherwise provided for by separate agreement.
5. Receiving digital goods
Delivery of digital goods is carried out by providing access to download files, transferring a license key, or providing access to the software product by other electronic means.
Physical delivery of goods is not carried out.
The fact of receiving the goods is considered to be the provision of access to download files, the generation of a license key, or another form of transfer of the digital product to the buyer.
6. Licensing
Unless otherwise stated in the specific product description, one license is provided for use on one domain.
Transfer, resale, distribution or public posting of the software to third parties without the written permission of the copyright holder is prohibited.
The buyer has the right to change the code of the purchased product exclusively for his own use.
Changing the domain name or transferring the license to another site may require the purchase of a new license, unless otherwise specified in the terms of the specific product.
7. Warranty and technical support
The seller guarantees the product's performance in accordance with its description and declared functionality.
If errors are discovered in the purchased product, the seller makes reasonable efforts to eliminate them.
The warranty does not cover conflicts with third-party modules, templates, modifications, non-standard enhancements, server environment errors, or changes made by third parties.
Technical support is provided for the period specified in the product description or agreed upon separately by the parties.
8. Refunds
The buyer has the right to cancel the order until the moment of receiving access to the digital product.
Once access to download files, a license key, or other digital content is obtained, no refunds will be given, as the buyer receives the right to use the copyrighted work.
Refunds are possible only in cases provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine or by mutual agreement of the parties.
9. Responsibility of the parties
The parties are liable in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
The Seller is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the purchased software.
The seller's maximum liability cannot exceed the cost of the purchased goods or services.
10. Final provisions
By placing an order on the OpenCart Lab website, the buyer confirms that he has read the terms of this offer, the privacy policy, licensing, payment and refund terms, and fully agrees with them.
All disputes are resolved through negotiations, and in case of failure to reach agreement - in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
If any provision of this offer is declared invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the other provisions of the document.
