Terms of return and exchange

The buyer has the right to cancel the order until the goods are received.

Receiving the product is considered to be providing access to downloading the software, generating a license key, or transferring the digital product in any other way.

Returning digital goods

All modules, templates, and software products presented on the OpenCart Lab website are digital goods and copyrighted objects.

After providing access to download files or generating a license key, refunds and exchanges of goods are not possible, as the buyer receives the right to use the software.

Before purchasing, the buyer can review the product description, its functionality, installation requirements, and, if available, a demo version.

Warranty obligations

If errors are detected in the purchased software product, we will ensure their correction if they are directly related to the functionality of the purchased extension.

The warranty does not cover problems caused by third-party modules, templates, modifications, server settings, or other features of the buyer's site.

If adaptation or integration with other solutions is necessary, such work can be performed separately and is paid for additionally.

Licensing

The license to use the software product is granted for the domain specified at the time of purchase. Changing the domain or transferring the license to another site may require the purchase of a new license in accordance with the terms of the specific product.

Final provisions

By placing an order, the buyer confirms that he has read and agrees to the User Agreement, Privacy Policy, payment, delivery and licensing terms.

All digital goods, modules, templates, and license keys are non-exchangeable or non-refundable once received.
